This process is done using probing questions, hands on exercises, client accountability, and addressing any negative belief systems like past experiences, low self-esteem, expectations that may be hindering progress.
What does a business coach not do?
Business coaches are not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, or other qualified professionals. Business coaches do not make decisions for you or tell you what to do.
How much does it cost?
Coaching is an investment in yourself, your idea, and your business, and can vary based on need. Session fees are to be paid prior to each session. Coaching fees may be tax deductible as a business expense. Please check with your CPA.
How can a business coach help my business?
A business coach can help determine your niche, facilitate problem solving, build a team, set up operating systems. They can also improve operations, assist the decision-making process, and keep you motivated.
How long does it take?
Coaching sessions are weekly and are one (1) hour long (can be longer in a group setting), depending on client need. Sessions are in person or virtually. The Conception Program starts at 6 weeks and moves to other program processes per client necessity.
What are the next steps?
If you choose to work with L&D Business Coaching after the initial free no obligation discovery session, the coaching agreement is sent, schedule assignment determined, and payment. Then we get to work.
